try www.gammadyne.com We tried Cold Fusion based mailing, then moved on to a very, very fancy e-marketing package, then spent less than $100 on this package (I think it's now 119 bucks). We do everything against a sql 7 database, and move a boatload of totally customized e-mail each week.
