Back-up IMail 6 registry for safe keeping. Set-up IMail 6 on new box.
Then upgrade to 7.0. Then Export/Import Access to SQL. Remap all your
domains to the new SQL database.

That should be plenty to run Declude JunkMail.  The RAM shouldn't be an 
issue, as it doesn't end up using much more RAM than IMail alone.

As far as Declude is concerned, it doesn't matter.  The main issue is
the 
number of TCP/IP connections that you have, and what your licensing for
W2K 
says (I've seen several different licenses, and there are several
different 
interpretations as well -- if anyone wants to comment, feel free to, but

please make sure to back up what you say with URLs to Microsoft or other

reliable sources -- there's a lot of misinformation on this topic).

I'll let someone else field this, as I don't have a lot of experience

this.

You need to run them on the same server as IMail, but you can have the
