Hi All,

Just a simple question / wish:

We have about 250 virtual hosts/domains in our Imail server. That's not really much but it's enough to drive me crazy if I look at the directory structure that it produces.

I don't have a problem with the directories of all the domains but just the fact that those domains are created under the Imail directory bothers be a bit. I thought of setting the 'top dir' to a domains directory under the Imail folder so that every virtual host would end up in that folder... that works fine but.... I had to copy some of the Imail files to that domain directory.... to bad. Not the solution I hoped for.

So without changing the 'top dir' to a different folder I can create a new virtual host under any other directory via the Imail Administrator but it does not work correctly via the web interface.... so that is not an option too.

Here is my wish... : I would like to have another field in the Imail Administrator next to the 'top dir' for setting the default location for newly created virtual hosts. This way I can keep my directory structure nice and tidy (as it should be).

It may be possible that I am asking something that can easily be done without extra fields but just with some tweaking... if so, please let me know.

The product is great.

Happy new year...
