Still looking to save some bandwidth because our only conection is via satellite.

Have some users/clients that like to send large files (>1MB) to dozens of recepients
at once, and that is killing me. Looking to control that.

One solution I am looking at is to use an outgoing gateway where I can better process
and control outgoing mail (a la IMgate)

One MTA i'm looking at has the following option:
<
Outgoing SMTP
When copies of a message have to be delivered to more than one remote host, up to a
configured maximum number of remote deliveries can be done in parallel.
>

Len (or anyone with experience in this domain), is this available in IMgate?
Does this mean the message is sent only once, hence saving significant bandwidth ? or
did I misunderstood something ?
