One of our users attempted to send documents as attachments to another of her email accounts from her Imail account and the attachment came, but it is not in any recognizable format and it can't be opened. She tried the same with different types of documents with the same results. The attachment comes through, but it is corrupted. She is sending and receiving from an iMac and more than likely using Netscape 4.5 or higher for her browser. Any suggestions as to what may be causing this? Thanks.
