Ron, >From the looks of it you are doing this at a school district and probably have a proxy server in place. Imail and web interface attachments seem to not like going through proxies. We have the same problem. Is the iMail server on the same network, or at least before the last hop to the Internet for the client machines. If so, we got around this problem by setting the proxy configurations on the client machines to bypass the proxy for our mail server ip/domain name.
