Could that be the fact that maybe your DNS server is unreachable from their
checker? It could be that your DNS server is under load as well. Why don't
you try checking someone elses Reverse entry regularly that isn't near your
location to see if it really is a case of your server or the web site.....

If  someone else doesn't mention it first, the dnsreport tool, which is
extremely cool and useful, is unreliable in checking reverse pointers for MX
records.  We KNOW we have the reverse pointers configured correctly, and yet
sometimes dnsreport reports "no reverse pointer."  Even odder, it can find
the reverse pointer one day and not the next.
