Actually, there is a known issue with the DNS Report where it seems to
timeout very quickly for the reverse DNS lookups. It's supposed to timeout
after 10 seconds I believe, but for some reason seems to time out much more
quickly sometimes. So if a DNS server is slow in responding, it could
prevent the reverse DNS lookup (but refreshing the page will fix it, as the
DNS results will be cached when they are returned).
