Between: 1. The DNSReport Tool not consistently finding our Reverse DNS even after it was setup, 2. My lack of familiarity with how to use the in-addr.arpa zone, 3. And AT&T and OTN pointing fingers at each other, I really appreciated the mini-lesson. An especial thank you to Scott for a great product (Declude Virus).
