BOFH applies in that case, too. :)) The utility of the AV box cleaning and preserving the infected work of art would mean that the sender sends this supposedly "important but infected" Word or Excel file and then deletes his original copy. hmm, the file is SO important it is handled under policy of "For Virus Eyes Only" :)) We delete them always, and inform the sender and mail admin.
