I am running 6.06 with all the latest hotfixes. I had a similar problem and called Ipswitch about it. They told me that the fix was to upgrade to version 7.0x and that should take care of things. The technical explanation that I was given for what was going wrong is that a process is still trying to write to the mailbox. However, when I pressed for more details, as to what process or processes were trying to write to mailbox they couldn't give me any specifics. I ended up having to reboot as well. With what frequency is this happening to your users?
