Hi,

I'm running a disk quota control software (Quota Manager) in my IMail
server. When a folder disk space usage exceeded the quota limit, the quota
control software will lock the folder for "write" access, so all new
incoming mail will not able to update to user mailbox and queue in IMail .
If the user delete some mails and reduce their disk space usage back to
below the quota limit, their folder lock will release and then those mails
queue in IMail will update to their mailbox.

The problem is, if those users do not clean up their mailbox and their
folder keep on locking, those mails queue in IMail will not bounce back. It
did bounce back last time when we have the same setup with IMail 6, but it
is not working now with version 7.04

Anyone having the same problem?

Thank you.

Best Regards,
H.K. Mak
