How can the client keep track? And this started happening with OE. A previous tech switched him to OL2k. He downloaded all e-mails. Again, and again. When I was there, we did it again. And then it still tried to start all over. Same client, profile, etc.

If you use a different client, all messages stored on the server will be downloaded again.
