That's because your registrar (whomever you registered domain.com with) has
those computers as the authorative name servers for your domain.  If
you want to change/add name servers you have to follow their procedures
(phone call, email, fax, web site, etc.) to do it.

Note that that's *two* domains, 'domain.com' & 'mydomain.com'.

You'll have to modify the information that your registrar (or registrars
if the two domains are registered with different ones) has to include
"ns4.mydomain.com" as a name server for your domains.  You should also
discuss with the maintainers of the other name servers who will be the
master and who will be secondary.
