Here is how I do it. I have a rules.ima file for each domain. An example
entry in the file is:

H~@flowgo\.com:SPAM

That sends the message to the user, but puts it in a sub-mailbox called
SPAM. To prevent it from going to the sub-mailbox I have a file called
SPAM.FWD in each users' directory which contains the following entry:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Anything that goes to the sub-mailbox called SPAM is automatically forwarded
to my junkmail user account. If you want the individual users to keep a
copy of the message put ., before the e-mail address in the .fwd file.

Utility to copy the .fwd into each users' directory (needs to be modified)

Article that sort of explains what I just typed :-)

Subject: [IMail Forum] Forwarding filtered mail to another user ID

Is it possible to forward filtered mail on a host level to another User ID
on the same host without haveing to use the Info Manager on each account?
I'm not looking to send any responses, just trying to catch all of the
filtered mail and send it to another User ID on the domain without having to
touch the individual account folders or preferences. Right now I am using
the ":NUL" to delete the messages, but I would like to get a coppies if
possible.

The Imail 7 manual, on page 80, states that if the rule is for a host you
can enter the User ID (even a specific mailbox for a User ID) that you want
the message to be sent to, but I can't seem to get it to work. When I try to
do what it looks like I should do, it just creates a new folder in the
user's mailbox. Am I missing something or am I just living a pipe dream?
