Double checked my logfiles - I only find the primary mailserver: 02:27 05:33 SMTP-(000001B4) Trying email.dk (0) 02:27 05:33 SMTP-(000001B4) Connect email.dk [212.242.40.84:25] (1)
I repeats every half hour until it gives up, so it doesn't try the secondary at all. Regards Claus Pedersen Travelmarket 2001 A/S -----Original Message----- From: R. Yes, it does. >One of our customers culd'nt send mails to a email account at the >email.dk domain, but everyone else did'nt have that problem (I could >allso do it through our Exchange server). That's a bad conclusion. The IMail SMTP logs will show you exactly what happened. For example, it is quite likely that the backup mailserver responded with a temporary error. Or perhaps the backup mailserver was down, too, or unreachable. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
