Not PDP again!! :)

It sounds like we're talking about a FAQ for newbies.  And a lot of the
recurring questions are by the new people that just need a little push to
get them on their way safely.  I all for that.  And we can see how it
evolves as we go along.

The key word in FAQ is 'Frequently', they're not intended to be a
comprehendium of all knowledge.

How many times have we seen 'What's the best relay option?' or 'How can
I scan for viruses?' or 'Does anybody have a log file analyzer?'

Even if it just covers the top twenty (and people use it) it should
improve the signal to noise ratio and give us more time to discuss
the Pizza Delivery Protocol :-)
