Even if it just covers the top twenty (and people use it) it should
improve the signal to noise ratio and give us more time to discuss
the Pizza Delivery Protocol :-)

It's just a short list of the "short list"(which has become quite long so no
one uses it.) Rather than 20 questions why don't we ask IMail to add a sort
command on the FAQs based on usage. It would be interesting stat to see.

Sort by frequency to answer:
- Reoccuring IMail forum issues.
- Questions which frequent forum contributors hate to answer that have been
shown to produce webrage. :-)

Then add a link at the bottom of the page:
