> How many Qs would be sufficient to cover the subject matter in this list alone?> Even if it just covers the top twenty (and people use it) it should improve the signal to noise ratio and give us more time to discuss the Pizza Delivery Protocol :-) >
It's just a short list of the "short list"(which has become quite long so no one uses it.) Rather than 20 questions why don't we ask IMail to add a sort command on the FAQs based on usage. It would be interesting stat to see. Sort by frequency to answer: - Reoccuring IMail forum issues. - Questions which frequent forum contributors hate to answer that have been shown to produce webrage. :-) Then add a link at the bottom of the page: Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list. Please visit www.xxxUrlxxx for FAQ (including a short list of the most popular questions) James Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
