True.  But in the case of 61.183.69.15, it would have required going to two 
or three separate websites (and understanding that APNIC isn't actually the 
person in charge of those IPs, but instead has allocated them to China 
Telecom).  http://www.DNSstuff.com will automatically determine whether to 
go to ARIN, APNIC, or RIPE, and get the results automatically.
