1. 7.0<anything> to 7.06 is a free upgrade - I don't see
anything disgusting or greedy.

2. The mentioned exploit is a configuration choice. If you
decide to "Ignore source address in security check" you'll
have that problem. Otherwise, you won't. You can do it in 4.07 and up.
