You have to "ignore source address" if you want AOL (and any other dial-up
dynamic IP ISP) users to be able to use web messaging.

No way! Not with what we've seen so far.  We haven't rebooted/restarted
services since Dec. 15 except to install Declude products.  Using 6.06.
