Oh gurus, please shed some light... I have a mailing list that goes out and I probably get more than 10% as undeliverable.
Reply message is: Delivery failed 20 attempts: [EMAIL PROTECTED] OR ------Transcript of session follows ------- [EMAIL PROTECTED] The user's email name is not found. OR Something like that.... These messages are coming from the recipients server. So, is it just my luck that my list subscribers dump their old accounts, or would this happen if their servers where "having problems" temporarily, or *could* this have anything to do with my server config (relay, etc.) (i.e., could I be blacklisted)? Also, for those of you that have e-mail lists, do you have add-on software to help manage things like this (cleaning the list of undeliverables), subscribe and unsubscribe, and anything else you do (and what would that be?)?
