Thanks for all the suggestions. Log file gives the following entry right before the reboot.

The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x33f000ff, 0x00000000, 0x33f000ff). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini032002-02.dmp. Make sure your case is on properly.
