Just another example of shifting responsibility. The responsibility lies with the source of the problem. The source being the flawed mail server and the systems admins who refuse to fix it. Just like spam, the responsibility lies with the senders and the services that promote it not the recievers who choose to block it delivery!
I block and my users are grateful that they are no longer recieving emails from [EMAIL PROTECTED] that was relayed through some open server in korea promising to give them positive cash flow in thirty days while waiting on their online pharmacy order (without a doctors rx) for herbal viagra thats guaranteed to enlarge their package while protecting them from the harmful effects of their cell phone. All just because they posted a message to a child care forum somewhere and their email address was harvested and added to a cd containing 50 trillion qualified, fresh, opt in addresses.
