Here's a bit of an update. I've been trying for about a week to get them to remove the erroneous designation for our server. No luck. Today, I finally tried calling their technical support line. Chose options to say I wanted to talk to a tech, that I was a dial-up user, etc. Finally spoke to a tech who was better trained than I would have expected (I used to work for a call center . . .). He asked me what my account is, I threw him the curve that I am not a user but an admin who is having trouble trying to send email to their users. He did some checking, then asked me what address I've been sending the complaints to. I told him that I'm using the one listed on their web site: [EMAIL PROTECTED] He told me to send to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I've just sent an email there; I'll let the list know how things turn out. It's bad enough to be wrongly blacklisted, but then to be supplied wrong information to try to get removed from the blacklist makes it even worse . . . Here's hoping the tech I spoke with had the right info!
