Try secondary.com or zoneedit.com. Both provide free secondary DNS for up to 5 zones and up to a certain amount of information (secondary limits you to 100 records and zoneedit has a data transfer restriction, I've never gotten close to either limit). I've had pretty good luck with both of them. I don't even publish my DNS server anymore, I just have secondary and zoneedit slave to my unpublished server.
