Here is an interesting one... What about the ability for anyone to see 1. what lists are on your domain, and 2. what users are on the domain?
Following the instructions in the manual, type an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], no subject, and the only thing in the body is "list" (with the quotes). You get a nice list of all their lists! Now, pick a list (I picked "jokes"). Type an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], no subject, and the body would be "list jokes" (don't add quotes!)... This one returns: "List Command for list jokes was rejected! The list command is currently disabled on this list!" However, go to a different domain, do the same, and I bet you'll get their lists... If any aren't "locked down", you can see who is on their list. I found that you won't get the list of names if 1. the list is moderated or for subscribers only, or 2. "the list command is disabled" - both are setting in your list admin page. Just an FYI... I obviously didn't read the manual enough on this when I set my list up... Members and current seem to be working, though I'm not sure and don't want to rock the boat by asking right now. lgbt-coalition and coalition-announcements have the same problem: when a list member sends a message to the list, the list owner receives it--as she should. The list owner should then, I understand (?), forward the message to the list for distribution. I do have another moderated list on a domain with a virtual ip. I know I had problems getting it to function correctly. I also had problems getting members and current to function correctly. I don't know if I misunderstand how a moderated list is supposed to work, if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a bug. Any suggestions?
