I'm not saying that you don't have decent measures to prevent unauthorized
bulk mail from being sent out.  I'm saying that it is one of a few reasons
why you would have lots of SMTP32.exe processes.

You might want to go to a command prompt, and type:

         find "rdeliver" \IMail\spool\sys0409.txt /c

to get a rough idea of how much outgoing E-mail you have.
