Our TOS specifically states that we are not a bulk mailing service and that no customer will send more than 100 emails within a 24 hour period. I have made special deals with business customers to send more but they are also aware that if I get one spam report they are history. If they are dial up customers and you're sure it's not spam they need to start paying for the privilege.
