I have a user who is using a vaio laptop. He is virtually the only user 
having problems. His connection to the internet seems fine. He can ping our 
imail server. He connects via a local area network from his office and 
dials up through earthlink on the road. His e-mail client is Microsoft 
Outlook. He never loses his connection to the internet, but randomly looses 
the ability to authenticate to the mail server. Any ideas? Thanks.
