i checked my logs and there is nothing that even remotely resembles teir domain. I feel it is on their end or it is an issue with a hacker somehow involved. See this is my service provider and some outside party has started with making false accusations and started a big dispute between me and them now all of a sudden their email no longer gets to me. Is there a known way for a hacker to do this

If their tech is right, then you'll see log file entries showing the E-mail being delivered to you ("MAIL FROM" and "RCPT TO" are the key lines to look for).
