Below is a message I posted to the Imail list (but can't seem to find in the archive). -Lance ---------------------- Hi, We didn't really have problems using the secure mode, but we did have problems deleting mail and also with the "page cannot be displayed" message. In fact, our problems were so severe that we started losing customers over it. Of course, Imail tech support was unbelievably useless. One of our SysAdmins (Hi Jim!) was able to finally resolve our issues. We've been able to cure the problem, but we don't know why our solutions work. -Deleting mail issue - We pulled one of the CPUs (we were running dual processors on an Win2K Pro box) and the problem of not being able to delete messages seems to have disappeared. -"Page cannot be displayed" issue - Web Messaging was moved off of port 80 and onto port 8080 and the "page cannot be displayed" error disappeared. The SysAdmin wrote a program that monitors port 80 for requests and automatically redirects the client browser to port 8080. It's a complete mystery to us why this solved the problem.
