Sandy,

Can you expound on this...I am not sure what you mean by the "subarea". Do 
I need to setup rules in the "copy all" mailbox to separate each user's 
e-mail inbound and out to prevent an accumulation of 7,500 to 10,000 
e-mails in one box? If so how would I accomplish this without having to add 
a rule for each of my 350 users? If this can be done it would be a 
tremendous help....
