Whoever runs SPEWS are a bunch of morons. And don't bother taking their suggestion and going to the newsgroup. There's nothing but a bunch of 10 year olds there. At least that's the feeling I got out of it when I posted there and got nothing but a bunch of "NYAH NYAH NYAH NYAH NYAH" in return and no meaningful dialogue. My IP is listed because my colo provider hosts some opt-in mailing lists. Never mind that I don't. Somehow I'm contributing to the problem by not taking them to court to get out of my contract and moving my servers to a different facility every time the one I'm with gets get listed. Yeah, THAT'S feasible. Anyone who blocks entire ranges of IP Addresses is doing a great disservice to their customers.
