They are all related, in that they are all run by Osirusoft ( 
http://relays.osirusoft.com ).  However, they are all very different 
tests.  Only the OSSRC is related to Spews.

Yes.

That's just the zone used for the tests.  That, along with the rest of the 
information above, is used to define the test (so Declude JunkMail knows 
how to run the test), and shouldn't normally be changed.
