We are not an isp. We are a semi-free web mail. Users can use
pop3 to pickup the mail, but they cannot relay through our servers
because they would not be in the correct ip block. They only way
to send through our servers is to log into the web interface.

Since I am the only person currently in that ipblock and I did not
drink myself into incoherencey and become a spammer, I am able to
say - there is no spam being relayed through our server.
