I am looking at installing IMail as a Gateway to my Imail server. Following the IMGate theory. Would I be better off installing bind on the Gateway machine so that IMail could do lookups locally rather than querying a DNS server on my network? Would it be that much faster? I am looking for reducing the time to process email?
