Hey, don't shoot us, we're just the user community. :)) You're right, it doesn't work the way you expected, and couldn't, since bounce messages have such a wide variety of formats. But Ipswitch never said it would: > You an then forward a message about an unknown user or unknown host > to [EMAIL PROTECTED]; the user specified in the Reply-To > header (or the From header if Reply-To is not found) of the > forwarded message is removed from Parrotlist. (The body of the > message is ignored.) The problem with this suggestion is that the MUA needs to support a REDIRECT, not a FORWARD, and most common MUAs do not. Mine, The Bat!, does, and I recommend you get a copy for them. You could also build a little one in VBScript with JMail or ASPMail if you have some programming skill and want to "brand" it. I would also suggest, at some point, using a list manager designed for automatic bounce processing, such as Ecartis. > Any help would be appreciated -- we have a customer standing by for > this functionality. Yikes. Copy me off-list if you need more help. -Sandy Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
