Eric, this is one of the reasons why I suggested that a canned weekly
reminder should be reinstated. We all have seen newcomers posting to the
IMail Forum and thinking that they were speaking directly to Ipswitch. So
*not* "everyone knows this is a 'user' community". One would think that a
message posted by you on a Sunday at 1:13 a.m. would be enough evidence that
you are doing so on your own, regardless of the return address containing
"Ipswitch"...

I am glad that the Forum helps both ways. It is quite obvious that
subscribers get a lot of expert knowledge out of it; I hoped that the
Ipswitch staff got something positive out of it as well.

Agreed. Administering IMail servers is not my principal job but being a
member of the Forum has enlightened me on tangentially related issues, to
the point of my asking off-topic questions here simply because of the broad
and considerable expertise. As regards the list not being strictly
moderated, it speaks volumes about your employer.
