One more thing about turnaround time on this list. I wrote earlier that even on quiet weekends, there was erratic behavior. Now, I understand that if the recipient list is, say, 10,000 members, any single outbound message may overload IMail's queue, but Scott's message went through in record time. So it doesn't seem to be just a load issue but something else.
