servientrega.**** isn't a valid domain.
>06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) Connect servientrega.**** [209.88.12.***] (1)
Yet you can connect to it, so it appears that you are "munging" the
domain. We can NOT help you figure out if there is a DNS issue (as per
your subject) without knowing the domain you are trying to send to.
>06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) >HELO geo.net.co

That error message could mean anything; they do not explain what the error
is. Ironically, the only way to find out what the problem is is to contact
them, but you can't do that!
Your mailserver has a reverse DNS entry, and geo.net.co has an A
record. Although they do not match, they are on the same Class C range.
It sounds like servientrega.**** has a DNS problem on their end, which
would explain why the DNS verification failed.
Note also that it is not RFC-compliant to reject mail with invalid
HELO/EHLO text. In these days, lots of people do it (such as rejecting
"HELO $domain") to reduce spam, but in this case it looks like an error on
their end.
