Your IMail server uses geo.net.co as its official host name and will announce itself as that during the EHLO/HELO sequence. The receiving mail server will then look for that host name as a response for a reverse lookup on your IP. With your setting this won't happen as you can see. This is your issue most likely

Since you masked the server names and IP's I cannot check but I would be willing to bet you do not have a PTR record for your mailserver in DNS

Well, my SMTP is sending mails to this server (GroupWise Internet Agent 5.5.5) and when helo starts i get this in my logs

06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) >HELO geo.net.co
06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) 504 DNS verification of sending machine failed: no mail will be accepted
06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) SMTP_DELIV_FAILED
06:25 09:28 SMTP-(000006E0) >QUIT
 
So the messages gets queded for later sending.
 
Is it there any error on my SMTP ?
