No, my host name is set to the domain name of the email system, but my gate host and default host are set to the ip of the other server.

That error message could mean anything; they do not explain what the error is. Ironically, the only way to find out what the problem is is to contact them, but you can't do that! Your mailserver has a reverse DNS entry, and geo.net.co has an A record. Although they do not match, they are on the same Class C range. It sounds like servientrega.**** has a DNS problem on their end, which would explain why the DNS verification failed. Note also that it is not RFC-compliant to reject mail with invalid HELO/EHLO text.
