I just had an user with AOL as his ISP called stating he was having
problems.

I gently explained that the problem was with the way AOL assigns and
configures their IP address, and that when he changes to a different
page, his session configuration has changed. I also explained that there
is a work around to allow him to connect, but that we view that as a
security risk, and therefore elect not to allow that.

When I explained it to him like that, he was very understanding that we
are taking steps to secure his e-mails.
