Rich -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of John Tolmachoff Sent: Thursday, June 27, 2002 2:37 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] problems with users connecting to webmail I just had an user with AOL as his ISP called stating he was having problems. I gently explained that the problem was with the way AOL assigns and configures their IP address, and that when he changes to a different page, his session configuration has changed. I also explained that there is a work around to allow him to connect, but that we view that as a security risk, and therefore elect not to allow that. When I explained it to him like that, he was very understanding that we are taking steps to secure his e-mails. 11:36 PDT 06/27/02 John Tolmachoff IT Manager, Network Engineer RelianceSoft, Inc.
