Folks - Anybody seen the following, have any suggestions beyond contacting [EMAIL PROTECTED] ? I'm not sure if the problem is MSN's (are they blocking a whole range of IP addresses?) or mine (is there something upstream from me inside my ISP's colocation facility causing this?).
Can't send mail to msn.com from at least several of my servers / IP addresses. Have determined the following: 1) Cannot telnet into smtp-gw-4.msn.com port 25 (hangs) from those specific IP addresses. CAN telnet from unrelated block of IPs (different ISP). 2) Their MX setup is strange (thanks, dnsstuff.com), but I can send mail from servers not in the "bad" block (ie, my other ISP). 3) This is not Imail specific. 4) One of the addresses having problems is 64.4.213.166 5) We do nothing at our firewall that is MSN specific. 6) FWIW, DNS is provided by our colo provider. Thanks in advance. Rob ====================== Robert N.
