Ok I have been working for two days on this and my brain hurts. It doesn't make sense. I'll try to be thoughough and see if anyone has any ideas.
I have a customer who is running Internet mail 4.X on a windows 95 system. They can receive messages fine. They can send and receive fine through the web interface. I have searched the logs and it looks like the messages are delivered I have a ldeliver entry for the message that was sent but no recipients are getting the messages. Another user in the same company on the same network has OE 5.0 and has had no trouble. Is this a client issue? Our setup: Imail 6.05 with Declude virus & Declude Spam Any ideas on where or what to check would be most helpful.
