That's kind of like saying "The only rule is one that blocks spam" -- it 
means different things to different people.

What exactly is the filter?

If the E-mail triggers the filter, the E-mail would be deleted, and there 
wouldn't be anything weird about it.

I'm guessing the filter is malformed, or the E-mails that are being sent 
out have something in them setting off the filter.
