The only rule on this customer's domain is to not allow .exe extentions.

Why would I have an entry that the message was delivered but the message is
not really delivered!?  I very wierd.

The "ldeliver" entry in the log means that the E-mail was sent to a local 
user, and it was delivered.

Do you have any IMail rules that delete E-mails?
