Like I said, serving the KWM graphics from IIS will significantly boost
performance. IIS is much more efficient at serving multiple, small gifs
than iwebmsg, even on the same machine. It takes quite a bit of load off
iwebmsg, and puts it on IIS which handles that kind of stuff w/o breaking
a sweat. And better caching client-side means the user's browser doesn't
have to continually request each gif.

Anyone who has seen broken images (which on IE appear as a red-x) on their
webmail interface will immediately recognize the benefit of doing this
simple configuration mod.
